What to expect during Sunday School

We use the fun and interactive Gospel Project Curriculum for all ages on Sunday mornings. Every week the kids will experience a time of lively worship, a video of the Bible lesson, teaching, fellowship, crafts, prayer, and an activity or game to reinforce the lesson. We also provide a small snack. If you have any food allergy concerns, please let us know. We have safe snacks for your kid.

What should I bring?

If you have a little one who needs diapers, a bottle, change of clothes, etc., we can check all of their supplies into the room when you bring them in. If you forget anything. no need to worry. We have you covered. Our classrooms are fully stocked with backups.

Where do I check my kids in and how?

At Calvary Chapel East Anaheim, we use an electronic check in system for our Adventure Kids called KidCheck.

If you are attending for the first time, we recommend that you create a KidCheck account online prior to attending via the link below, or visit the church reception desk 20 minutes prior to service where a KidCheck leader will be happy to assist you with the registration process, whichever you prefer.

Kidcheck kiosks can be found in three locations:

1. To the right of the prayer room, next to the front desk

2. In front of the 3 year old’s room, under the stairs, next to the elevator

3. Outside the south entrance to the gym, adjacent to the 1st grade room.

KidCheck leaders will be available at the reception desk 30 minutes prior to and 15 minutes after the start of services to assist with any questions or registration needs.

The KidCheck kiosks print both guardian and child name tags with a unique identifier so that they can be matched at the conclusion of service.

What if I lost/don’t have my guardian tag?

Notify the teacher that you lost the tag. They will send you to the office to show photo ID that matches with the account information for your Kidcheck account.

*Though this can be an inconvenience, safety is priority for Adventure Kids.

Where is the office located?

The office is located in the Adventure Lodge, first door to the right.
