4/5 Year Old Camp – Calling all Scouts!  Come spend the week with us exploring God’s glorious riches and discovering many of His wonders in the 4 and 5 year old Talent Camp program!  Your young explorers will dive into activities geared towards eager learning and engage in a variety of hands on materials!  Scouts will enjoy woodworking activities, sculpting with modeling clay, painting, outdoor early sporting movements, and use their imagination in building!  Campers will have a dynamic experience all week to include worship and solid teachings found in God’s Word!  We look forward to this active week with your young Scout! Parents, some art materials do not come out of clothing, so please dress your child in clothes that are approved to get messy. Please also send kids in comfortable shoes that are safe for physical activity.  Leader: Delicia Ivey

Basketball Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – Basic and fundamental camp of basketball for intermediate and begining players who love the game of basketball. Separated by height and ability we will go over skill testing and breaking down the game for a better understanding. Will include dribbling and shooting evaluations and learning offense and defense plays. We keep the fun going with scrimmage games while understanding the true meaning of fellowship in Christ.  Leader: Bobby Richardson

Beading Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) - Learn to make beautiful bracelets, earrings and necklaces for friends, family and yourself. One of our projects will be sold to further the sharing of the gospel by overseas missionaries. Come join the fun!  Leader: Becky Kopeny

Crafting Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) - Calling all the crafty kids! Join us as we spend a week soaking in the love of Jesus and letting our creative juices flow as we explore mixed media art. We will be working with clay, paint, paper, recycled objects, and elements from nature. If your child loves to create, this is the spot for them! Parents, some art materials do not come out of clothing, so please dress your child in clothes that are approved to get messy. Leader: Roz Galvez

Drama Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – We will teach each aspect of putting on a play, from lead actor to stage hands to writer, and everything in between!  This includes presenting our own play during Friday’s showcase for all the parents!  It will be a fun-filled environment, using drama games, improvisation games, and monologues.  We will encourage campers to use their own creativity to help shape our play into their own masterpiece.  Drama camp will be a place where all children, from the shy to the outgoing can develop at their own pace, with plenty of positive encouragement.  Throughout the week we will learn how drama can be used to teach others about Jesus and how speaking in front of others makes it easier to share God’s Word, even when you aren’t on stage.  Leader: Jeff Eggenburg

Gymnastics Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – During this week we will be helping the kiddos learn some impressive gymnastics skills!  We will emphasize teamwork, courage and kindness while finding fun ways to incorporate Jesus!  We are looking forward to sharing our passion with the kids, as well as encouraging them to know Jesus.  We hope to see your kids there! Kids should avoid wearing loose clothing (skirts, dresses, etc). Kids will need to wear closed toe shoes and leggings or workout shorts.  Leaders: Margaret Kwok & Madi Kwok

Worship Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – If you love to sing and worship, come join us to learn songs, play fun games and learn more about how by using our voice we can bring glory to God!  You’ll have the opportunity to write your own songs and learn some fun exercises!  Leader: Kacey Cross

Younger Art Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) - The kids will learn the basics of drawing and coloring, from doodling and sketching different ideas to mixing colors. We will work with different materials every day so the kids can expand their art skills and find their niche. They will draw, paint, and make simple crafts that corresponds with the teaching of that day. Parents, some art materials do not come out of clothing, so please dress your child in clothes that are approved to get messy.  Leader: Phoebe Sugo

Art Older (ages 9 years – 6th grade) - Are you creative? Do you like color? Want to get messy? Doing a different project every day, we will experiment with paper mache sculpture, acrylic painting on canvas, mixed media on board, printmaking on fabric, art journaling, and together we will collaborate on a mural.  Through it all, we will focus on art as a storytelling opportunity and a way to express your ideas. Students will receive an art handout for home. Parents, some art materials (ex. acrylic paints) do not come out of clothing, so please dress your child in clothes that are approved to get messy.  Leader: Jan Ciano

Baseball Camp (ages 9 years – 6th grade) – This camp will focus on developing basic skills that kids will need to succeed on the field.  Campers will be taught fundamentals in throwing, hitting, fielding and baserunning.  This camp will take place at Yorba Regional Park, and we will be driving the kids there from CCEA and returning them before the end of camp each day.  Please have your child wear baseball pants, a baseball hat, socks and cleats if they have them.  Kids should also bring their own refillable water bottle, a glove, bat, batting gloves and helmet if they have them.  Leader: Kyle Muhlsteff

Sewing Camp (ages 9 years – 6th grade) – Come learn the basics of machine sewing--for beginners or those with some experience. We will be making several projects, including a pin cushion & a patchwork pocket reading pillow with accessories. We hope to pass along a love for creating with color & fabric & encourage the campers to use their skills to bless others.  Leader: Peggy Farina

Watercolor Art Camp (ages 9 years – 6th grade) – These campers will enjoy watercolor painting techniques that include adding texture and contrast to their paintings, all to the glory of God! Parents, some art materials do not come out of clothing, so please dress your child in clothes that are approved to get messy.  Leader: Mario Perez

Woodworking Camp (ages 9 years – 6th grade) – God has done and continues to do wondrous work. He created an environment we can use with the creative abilities He has given us. Woodworking camp is all about using those abilities to create and to serve others with those gifts. In woodworking camp you will be guided by experienced carpenters to help you develop your God-given abilities. We will work with hammers, hand saws, and nails, and learn to measure accurately, cut straight and assemble projects. At the end of the week all students will have something that they made to take home. Leaders: Phil Seitz & Diane Seitz
