Get ready for an exciting week of skill-building drills, fun competitions & team games, new friendships, lots of energy and laughter. Most importantly, we’ll discover how God can use the gift of basketball to help us share the gospel and grow closer to Jesus. Bring your sneakers, bring your friends, and come ready for an awesome time on the court!
Ballet Camp (ages 6 years to 6th grade) – Taught by a professional Ballerina, our beginner ballet camp is a graceful and faith-filled introduction to the art of ballet for young dancers. Designed for those with little to no prior experience, teaching foundational ballet skills such as basic positions, stretches, balance, and simple routines in a nurturing and encouraging environment. Campers are encouraged to express their love for God through movement, learning that dance can be a form of praise and a reflection of His creativity.
Cheerleading Camp – (ages 6 years – 6th grade) - A welcoming and energetic environment where participants learn the fundamentals of cheerleading while growing in their faith. The camp is for beginners and includes instruction in basic cheer techniques such as motion, jumps, chants, and simple stunts. Campers leave not only with new cheer skills but with a deeper understanding of God’s love and how to encourage others both on and off the field.
Cooking Camp - (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – Come and learn how to create beautifully decorated yummy treats and tasty dishes. Your camper will learn the process of combining ingredients, cooking, baking, and decorating some delicious recipes. They will also learn the art of food presentation and the gift of hospitality. This will teach the camper to bless others with the gift of serving while giving the glory to God and showing them love as Jesus did. **Food allergies unfortunately cannot be accommodated**
Drama Camp (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – The drama ministry is all about sharing the good news with their audience, which is accomplished by learning to work together as a team. The children will be encouraged to show honor and respect, and learn not to think of oneself but of the whole. Each day the kids will practice a musical hand jive as well as worshipping with flags and banners. This team will prepare a skit to perform at our showcase on Friday - a perfect stepping stone for participating in our Christmas play!
Gardening Camp (ages 6 years to 6th grade) – Gardening Camp is a hands-on, faith-filled adventure where kids get to dig, plant, create, and grow! Campers will explore the beauty of God’s creation as they learn how to care for plants, work together, and express their creativity through fun gardening projects. Along the way, kids will discover how gardening connects to God’s Word—learning important lessons about growth, stewardship, and how God lovingly provides for us. With guided activities, teamwork, and lots of outdoor fun, every day is an opportunity to see God at work in the world around them.
Karate Camp (ages 6 years to 6th grade) – We train to sharpen our bodies and our minds. Martial promotes qualities like self-discipline, focus, humility, and respect. Each of these characteristics can be used to help us live out a Christian life. You will learn karate fundamentals and various self-defense techniques. This is a safe and fun environment to learn about how to glorify God with our bodies and through our talents!
Music Camp- (ages 6 years – 6th grade) – Make a joyful noise! Come learn the basics of percussion & rhythm! This camp will encourage the campers to use this unique gift and skill to bless others in many ways! Campers will learn simple rhythmic patterns, rhythm instruments, and body percussion to help memorize scripture, remember Bible facts, and accompany worship songs. Look forward to giving God the glory through this camp experience!
Soccer Camp- (ages 6 years – 6th grade) - Campers will become more comfortable with a soccer ball and grow in their confidence in their identity in what's most important - Jesus! It's not just about winning, but about learning to be a leader, have a servant's heart, and work with others. Each day, campers will write their bible verse of the day on their soccer ball and learn that playing soccer is a great way to include others and create relationships.
Art Lab Camp – (ages 9 years – 6th grade) - Welcome to a hands-on, creative adventure where campers become both artists and scientists exploring God’s wonders. This exciting camp is designed for curious kids who love to explore how things work and enjoy making fun creations along the way. Each day, campers will dive into impressive experiments and creative art projects that blend science with the freedom of artistic expression.
Sewing Camp- (ages 9 years – 6th grade) – Come learn the basics of machine sewing from beginners or those with some experience. We will be making several projects such as patchwork cushions, pillows, & more! We hope to pass along a love for creating with color & fabric and encourage the campers to use this unique gifting and skills to bless others.
Street Hockey Camp (ages 9 years - 6th grade) - Our Beginner Street Hockey Camp is the perfect introduction for athletes who are new to the game. This camp focuses on building a solid foundation of puck handling, passing, and shooting. All in a positive and fun environment. Our leaders are focused on building confidence, teamwork, and Christ-centered values. Each day combines skill development drills with games to keep players engaged and learning. Athletic shoes required. Mouth guard is recommended.
Woodworking Camp – (ages 9 years – 6th grade) – Woodworking camp is all about following directions, measuring accurately, choosing the right tools, and working together. All participants will build 2-3 projects by hand with the assistance of one of several adult leaders. All materials are supplied. The skills campers learn will give them confidence to try even larger projects and perhaps projects that are outside of woodworking (plumbing, electrical, metal work, etc.). In one week of woodworking camp, everyone will learn to measure, hammer, and nail with the utmost care, realize the joy of starting and finishing a project, and help those around them do the same. It's the love of our neighbor and the willingness to serve that is the greatest gift gained from woodworking camp.
